  Please see the information below for submitting rosters.  We partner with “Passport” to help with roster management, stats, and information that is provided to college coaches.  All questions about rosters can be emailed directly to them.  Your ability to complete this information early will guarantee that all members of your team will be included in our NCAA college coach packet.  Rosters are due by June 15

  1. Player Registration

  2. Team Roster Submission

  • Download and complete the attached roster spreadsheet

  • Save the file using your school name (e.g., Capo Valley Christian roster)

  • Email the completed spreadsheet to: CustomerSuccess@SportsPassports.com

  Deadline: June 15
  Rosters must be submitted on time to ensure team eligibility and to allow adequate time to produce college coach packets.

• Coach Requirements

  -All coaches should have their teams arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to game time.  
  -Coaches should work with their players, staff and supporters to help maintain positive behavior while participating in the event.  This includes interactions with officials and supporters of the opponents. 
  -Coaches are required to be properly dressed.  This includes a polo or button down shirt, no hats, no sandals/slides, no backpacks and no headphones/earbuds while coaching.  
  -Coaches will make sure that the bench and surrounding area is clean following each contest.
  -There will be no locker rooms available.

• Player Requirements

  -All teams should wear regular season uniforms and all should be the same color.
  -The jersey numbers should match the roster provided.
  -Make sure to bring both home and away jerseys. 

• Game Rules

  -All NFHS rules apply with the following exceptions:
      -Two 16-minute stopped clock halves
      -Three minute halftime
      -Four 30-second timeouts per team
      -Five fouls = foul out
  -Bonus (2 shots) will occur after the 5th foul in the first 8 minutes of the half.  The team fouls will be reset for the second 8 minutes and bonus will again occur after the 5th foul.  
  -Any player ejected for fighting, will result in that player being removed from the remainder of the tournament

  Here are hotel options for Boys CA Live. If you are traveling from out of the area, we ask that you stay at one of the tournament hotels. Please pass this along to your families that are traveling as well, they will receive the same rates.
