SCIBCA is proud to continue its partnership with The Passport for the 2024 Girls California Live event! Their technology and platform will provide the following benefits and features for our student-athletes:

•    Roster collection to verify academic eligibility in accordance with NFHS rules
•    Preparation of all digital and printed packets for college coaches in attendance 
•    Public online profiles for each player displaying static information
•    Stats uploaded in real time on each profile 
•    Girls California Live Stat Leaderboard 
•    Individual team awards
•    Box scores of each game
•    Technological support for coaches in roster submission

COACH REQUIREMENTS

Submit team rosters using the "Roster Submission Instructions" below. Rosters with all required coach and player information MUST be submitted by June 1st to ensure eligibility for the event and ample time to produce printed packets for college coaches in attendance. 

ROSTER INSTRUCTIONS:

Linked is a spreadsheet that should be downloaded, filled out, saved (use school name i.e. “Capo Valley Christian roster”), and emailed back to CustomerSuccess@SportsPassports.com as an attachment.

Ensure that ALL required information for the head coach, assistant coach(es), and players as outlined below. Include the school’s name and role (Head coach, assistant coach, player) for each person as well. Note: Limit of 15 players and 4 staff members. 
REQUIRED PLAYER INFORMATION: 
All players must have the following information in the roster spreadsheet:
•    First Name
•    Last Name
•    Role
•    Birthdate
•    Grad Year
•    School
•    Height
•    Weight
•    Phone
•    Email
•    Address
 
REQUIRED COACH INFORMATION:
All coaches must have the following information in the roster spreadsheet:
•    First Name
•    Last Name
•    Role
