ROSTER INSTRUCTIONS:

Attached you will find a spreadsheet that should be downloaded, filled out, saved (use school name i.e. “Capo Valley Christian roster”), and emailed back to customersuccess@grassroots365.com as an attachment for submission. Please be sure to fill out ALL required information for the head coach, assistant coach(es), and players as outlined below. Include the school’s name and role (Head coach, assistant coach, player) for each person as well.  Please note you are limited to 15 players and 4 staff members. 

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS: 

All players must have the following information in the roster spreadsheet:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Role
• Birthdate
• Grad Year
• School
• Height
• Weight
• Phone
• Email
• Address

COACH INFORMATION:

All coaches must have the following information in the roster spreadsheet:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Role
• Email
• Phone
• Address
